Đầu tiên nấu nồi nước sôi rồi thả trà vào, nấu thêm 5 phút nữa thì hạt nhỏ lửa. Thêm 250ml sữa tươi nguyên kem vào kèm chút muối, 1 muỗng bột quế, 100ml sữa đặc và khuấy cho thật đều để tất cả tan vào nhau. Vẫn đun nồi trà sữa trên lửa nhỏ khoảng 3 phút nữa thì tắt bếp. Lọc trà sữa qua rây để bỏ bã trà là hoàn thành rồi đó. Khi uống chỉ cần chế ra ly là được nha.
