Chả mắm thịt với hương vị đậm đà và hấp dẫn của mắm cá lóc cùng thịt heo xay béo thơm, các loại nguyên liệu liệu ướp hành tây, hành lá, trứng, gia vị, ... Đây hứa hẹn là món ăn cực hút cơm cho bữa chiều.
Mắm cá lóc băm nhuyễn. Cho mắm cá vào âu cùng với thịt, trứng và các nguyên liệu hành tây băm, hành tím băm, hành lá cắt nhỏ và gia vị cho vừa ăn vào trộn đều để vào ngăn mát tủ lạnh 20 phút cho tất cả sánh dẻo lại.
Bắc chảo không dính lên bếp, cho dầu ăn vào, chờ dầu hơi nóng, múc từng muỗng canh thịt mắm cho vào, chiên với lửa hơi thấp. Lưu ý, phần chả không để quá dày. Chiên cho vàng một mặt thì mới lật qua mặt khác. Khi chiên vàng đều hai mặt thì gắp chả mắm ra dĩa.
Chả mắm cá dùng nóng với cơm. Có thể ăn kèm với rau sống, dưa léo và cà chua, chấm cùng nước mắm hoặc tương ớt tùy thích.
